Terms of Use
The terms governing your access to and use of this site and your business interactions with us.
Effective date: May 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cupratec.com and any subdomain or successor site operated by Cupratec ("Cupratec", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" mean both you individually and that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Eligibility, business buyers only
This Site is intended exclusively for qualified B2B brand operators in the cosmetic, dermatology, hair-scalp, and licensed mesotherapy spaces, including but not limited to:
- Cosmetic brand R&D teams developing serums, sheet-mask actives, eye-area formulations, and anti-aging ranges that incorporate copper-bound peptide actives
- Dermatology product lines seeking characterised Cu-peptide actives with documented penetration and stability data
- Hair and scalp specialist brands formulating AHK-Cu / GHK-Cu serums for thinning, scalp inflammation, and post-procedure care
- Licensed mesotherapy and aesthetic clinics (mesotherapy-grade lots only — clinic licence verified before shipment)
- Contract manufacturers and luxury OEM houses requiring custom Cu-peptide blends or characterised reference lots for brand programmes they fulfil
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you are acting in a commercial or research capacity on behalf of one of the eligible buyer categories above, and (c) you possess all licenses, permits, and authorizations required by your jurisdiction to receive, handle, and use the products you inquire about.
This Site is not directed to consumers or patients. We do not sell products for personal use.
3. Information accuracy
We endeavor to keep product specifications, CAS numbers, regulatory notes, lead times, and supporting documentation accurate and current. However, all content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
Final commercial terms, including price, minimum order quantity, lead time, payment terms, packaging, labeling, and regulatory representations, are confirmed only in a written quotation and in the corresponding purchase agreement or invoice. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the authoritative document for product identity, purity, and quality.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the Site, including pricing and product information, even after you have submitted an inquiry, and to refuse or cancel orders made based on erroneous information.
4. Research use and regulatory compliance
All products listed on this Site are supplied as cosmetic-grade ingredients "for use in finished cosmetic products and licensed clinical applications, in compliance with the buyer's destination-market regulations" unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. The default lot is supplied for cosmetic / topical formulation; mesotherapy-grade lots are gated by clinic-licence verification and are subject to additional regulatory representations in a written agreement.
You are solely responsible for:
- Confirming that the products you order are lawful to import, possess, handle, and use in your jurisdiction
- Holding all required licenses and registrations (DEA, controlled-substance permits where applicable, drug-establishment registrations, manufacturer authorizations, marketing authorizations)
- Complying with export-control regulations of the People's Republic of China and any sanctions regimes (UN, EU, OFAC, UK) that may apply
- Conducting your own due diligence regarding the suitability, safety, and efficacy of any product for your intended downstream use
- Obtaining any necessary regulatory approvals before introducing finished goods made from our products into a regulated market
We may decline orders, in our sole discretion, that we believe are inconsistent with applicable regulations, sanctions, export controls, or our internal compliance policies, and we may require additional documentation (licenses, end-use certificates) before processing an order.
5. No medical advice; no warranty of fitness
Content on this Site, including blog posts, sourcing guides, comparison articles, and product descriptions, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, clinical, pharmacological, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation that any product is safe, effective, or appropriate for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. Products are provided strictly as specified in the Certificate of Analysis, and you are responsible for verifying suitability before downstream use.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR CURRENCY OF ANY CONTENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, the disclaimers above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PEPTIDEXPO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cupratec and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or regulation, (c) your downstream use of any product, including resale, formulation, or administration, (d) any misrepresentation of your eligibility as a business buyer.
13. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for any delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters; acts of government; war, terrorism, civil disturbance; epidemic or pandemic; cyber attack; failure of utilities; customs holds, embargoes, sanctions, or other trade-control actions; carrier delays; raw-material shortages; or labor disputes. 14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in Shanghai, in English, by a single arbitrator. The arbitration award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
For specific commercial agreements (master supply, OEM, custom synthesis), the dispute-resolution clauses in that signed agreement supersede this section to the extent of any conflict.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy and any signed commercial agreement between us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cupratec with respect to the Site and supersede all prior communications.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect on the Effective Date posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice on the Site.
