Kits and minimum order

Payment is not taken on this website.
After you accept the quote, sales arrange payment with you by chat or email.
If a payment request reaches you any other way, check it with us through this site before you pay.

Each batch of a stocked product has its own COA, with HPLC purity, MS identity, bacterial endotoxin and fill.
Ask for the COA of the batch you would receive before you order; sales send it with the quote.
On request, agreed before the quote: copper content, Cu²⁺ : peptide ratio, UV-Vis, water, acetate, SDS and specification sheet.

Test it yourself. If it fails, you get a full refund. Send any vial from your order to an independent laboratory of your choice. If the report shows the product does not meet the specification on its COA — purity below the stated minimum, or an identity that does not match — share the report with our sales team and we refund that product in full.
Any other quality problem with a supplied batch, such as a visible issue shown in clear photos or video: sales review it, and a batch that does not meet its specification is replaced at no cost or its purchase price refunded in full.
Full conditions: the Limited Quality Guarantee in our terms.
