How we're organised
Four functions, one specialty.
Cupratec is structured so every buyer-facing decision — pricing, lead time, lot report, regulatory framing — passes through people who own the relevant function. Inquiries land with sales, but QA and R&D review every quote that touches a custom Cu-peptide spec before it goes out.
Function
Cu-Peptide Synthesis
Owns solid-phase peptide synthesis on cosmetic-grade resins, Cu²⁺ titration under controlled pH, purification with Cu-aware buffers, and lyophilisation cycles tuned to hold the complex through drying. Final sign-off on every pilot and scale-up campaign.

Background
Solid-phase peptide synthesis with progressively heavier copper-coordination work; prior pharma-API process development for both research-grade peptide and copper-bound-peptide programmes.
Function
Lot-Data QA
Runs the Cu²⁺ characterisation panel on every lot — ICP-MS / AA for the molar ratio, UV-Vis for the d-d band, CIELab against the in-house master lot, and the 25 / 40 / 60 °C stability series. No lot ships without QA sign-off on the four-line lot report.

Background
Analytical method development for transition-metal coordination chemistry and peptide ingredients; calibration / qualification work on the ICP-MS, HPLC, and UV-Vis instruments under the Cupratec analytical SOP.
Function
Custom Cu-Peptide R&D
Bespoke copper-peptide chemistry — biotinylated and palmitoyl variants of GHK-Cu, brand-spec AHK / GHK blends, Cu-Glutathione for antioxidant programmes, and other coordination targets. Pilot synthesis at gram scale, scale-up at 100 g / 500 g / 1 kg.

How we work
Operating since 2013 · 13+ years working with copper-coordinated peptides.
Cupratec started in 2013 as a peptide-synthesis operation supplying research-grade material to academic and cosmetic R&D groups, and over time concentrated the bench on a single chemistry problem: holding Cu(II) on a peptide ligand reliably enough to ship lot after lot with the same characterisation profile.
Today the atelier ships GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu under that discipline, and a growing list of custom Cu-peptide programmes for brand operators who need a coordination chemistry partner — biotinylated GHK-Cu for affinity studies, palmitoyl variants for oil-phase serums, AHK / GHK blends built to a brand's specification, Cu-Glutathione for antioxidant programmes.
Our positioning is deliberately not the cheapest Cu-peptide source. We invest in the lot-data programme (per-lot UV-Vis, ICP-MS / AA copper quantification, 6-month solution stability across three temperatures, ΔE colour against the in-house master lot) because the brands that need a copper-peptide atelier are the brands that read the data.
The regulatory context Cupratec works in is cosmetic — INCI names, cosmetic-product notification (CPNP in the EU and equivalents elsewhere), and clinic-licence verification on the mesotherapy lot line. The buyer-qualification framework is published at /legal/b2b-only.
